Resamplr is developed by Nervousville. This policy explains what information the app accesses, what it does with it, and what it does not do.
The short version: Resamplr does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. Everything stays on your device.
Resamplr does not collect any personal information. We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any identifying details to use the app.
We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies of any kind. Apple may collect anonymised crash and usage data through the App Store if you have opted in to share diagnostics with developers — this data is provided to us in aggregated form only and cannot identify you personally.
Resamplr requests access to your device microphone to enable live audio recording. This permission is used solely to capture audio you initiate within the app.
Audio recordings are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to Nervousville or any third party. You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
All projects, samples, and settings you create in Resamplr are stored locally on your device. Nervousville has no access to this data.
If you choose to export audio files or share projects using iOS system features (AirDrop, Files app, etc.), those transfers are governed by Apple's own privacy policies and the policies of any apps you share to.
Resamplr does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics services, or social SDKs. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's privacy practices apply to the purchase and download process. You can review Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/privacy.
Resamplr does not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the app collects no personal data at all, it is safe for users of any age.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
